Good Afternoon All,

While updating the new website, some valid questions came up. I presented
these to the Tourism Commission on Thursday for clarification. I would like
to bring you up to date because there was a major change. Please review
this information to see if it applies to you and follow up with me if
necessary.

1. Any businesses based outside of Gloucester will need to be approved by
the Tourism Commission prior to submission. Businesses already on the
website have been temporarily accepted.

2. Under the Lodging category, the icon B will now stand for
Beach/Waterfront. This will be listed as the description.

3. Under the Lodging category, the Restaurant icon should be used if the
restaurant is within the complex or adjacent.

4. Under the Lodging category, the Continental Breakfast should be used if
any breakfast is complimentary.

5. There will be one listing per a category for the same address, phone
number, and website.
